Dear BMSC Grad Program faculty,
Part 1:
I hope this message finds you well. The Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program is thrilled to announce our incoming PhD cohort for 2026! These five students will arrive on campus on July 1 for orientation and the start of their first summer lab rotation. They will be reaching out to you to inquiry about possible lab rotations. Please respond to their inquiries.

1. Do you have the capacity (both financial and in mentorship space) to take a Biomed PhD student? Their first year is fully funded by the program. Home lab PIs would begin support Summer 2027 and onward.

All incoming PhD students are required to complete three 10-week lab rotations starting this summer.
We are also working with the students to have them complete lab safety training by the start of the summer. If you need additional information about the incoming students, please reach out to me and Hermila Torres. We can provide you with a copy of their CV and transcript.
