I am writing to inform you of an important update regarding the submission process for Academic Integrity Violation forms. Please distribute this information to faculty in your department, it would be greatly appreciated.

The form is now available on RGrad and use of the PDF version is discontinued. You can reach the form directly at rgrad.ucr.edu<http://rgrad.ucr.edu>. A link to the form is also on our Graduate Advisor resources page - https://graduate.ucr.edu/graduate-advisor.
