[Biomed_grad_faculty] Thank you for attending the Spring BMSC Program Meeting

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of BMSC Graduate Leadership I would like to thank everyone who was able to join us this past Tuesday for the Spring BMSC Program Meeting. There were great discussions during the open forum that we'd love to continue in future meetings.

Some topics from the open forum:

  *   Lab rotations evaluations
  *   Research-based skills experience during year 1 curriculum
  *   MS Program future funding opportunities

I'm attaching a pdf copy of the presentation  for your reference.

Some of you may have received emails from the incoming students for a potential rotation. Please respond to them as soon as possible.  I am attaching a summary list of incoming Ph.D. cohort that is starting this July (5 in total) and are actively looking for lab rotations. If you are interested in any of these students for a rotation and would like access to their CV or application file, please reach out to Hermila Torres, hermila.torres at medsch.ucr.edu<mailto:hermila.torres at medsch.ucr.edu>. Also, let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.
