ALL BATCHELOR HALL OCCUPANTS AND DEPARTMENT LEADERSHIP,



Please be advised that the following activities will be occurring at the Batchelor Hall Building for the week of February 6, 2023, through February 10, 2023.



            Site, Roof and Basement:

·        Research and Identification of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Piping.

·        DI Water Piping.

·        Storm Drain Piping Phase 2.

·        HHW in Basement.

·        Chilled Water Piping Install.

·        Demo Piping and Concrete Basement.

·        Electrical Panels and Conduit Runs.



Area A (Main Building):

·          Install Anchors for Conduit Runs in Basement.

·          Install Plumbing Piping in Basement.

·          Preparation and Planning for Mechanical Piping Systems.

·          Research in Rooms for Planning Duct Routing and Piping for Phase II.

·          Preparing for Phase II Start.

·          Phase II Occupants Move into Temporary Space.



Area B (South Building):

·          Cleaning of Phase I Completed Rooms.

·          Punch Walks and Repairs of Punch Walk Items.
