[Bhoccupants] FW: 950464 Batchelor Hall - Construction Update

ALL BATCHELOR HALL OCCUPANTS AND DEPARTMENT LEADERSHIP,

Please be advised that following activities will be occurring at the Batchelor Hall Building for the week of May 16, 2022 through May 20, 2022.

            Site, Roof and Basement:

*         Research and Identification of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Piping.

*         Placing Concrete at Exterior Pad Mounted Transformer.

*         Demo Concrete at Penthouse Roof.

*         Removal of Roofing Phase I.


Area A (Main Building):

*         Demo of Room 2163.

*         Form and Place Concrete Pads for New Equipment.

*         Install Anchors for Conduit Runs.

*         Install Plumbing Piping.

*         Preparation and Planning for Mechanical Piping.

Area B (South Building):

*         Install Conduit in Corridors for New Lights.

*         Install New Roof Drains and Piping.
