ALL BATCHELOR HALL OCCUPANTS AND DEPARTMENT LEADERSHIP,

950464 - Batchelor Hall Building Systems Renewal | Construction Alert #017

Please be advised that the following activities will be occurring at the Batchelor Hall Building and adjacent site for the week of June 20th, 2022, through June 24th, 2022.

Site, Roof and Basement:

-           Pouring of New Penthouse Deck at Roof

-           Installation of New Roof Drains

-           Pouring Concrete Infill at Existing Roof Penetrations

-           Metal Stud Framing Inspection - Roof Level



Area B (South Building):

-           Delivery of Fume Hood Ductwork (On-Going)

-           Finalizing bugeye lights in labs

-           Fire Alarm Conduit Routing through 2nd & 3rd floor Corridors

-           Plumbing Piping install at room 2163

Area A (Main Building):

-           Research and Identification of Existing Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Piping.
