Hi all,

It's that time of the year again. We will be holding
our beginning-of-the-year new student BBQ!

When: This Saturday, October 6th @ 3PM
Where: Heather Hulton's lovely residence -- 115 E Blaine St. Riverside, CA;
on the corner of Blaine and Mt. Vernon Northeast of campus
Who: EEOB students and associated EEOB postdocs are invited, as well as
their significant others/family/miscellaneous +1's (sorry faculty)

We will be providing food (burgers, dogs, various
meats, vegetarian options) and refreshments. Returning students -- we ask
that you bring a side dish or beverage to supplement what the GSA will be
providing. New students -- bring only your appetites. Please, please
circulate this e-mail among the new EEOB students and postdocs. I know not
everyone is on the e-mail list yet. And, please let me know if you have any
special dietary restrictions.

RSVP to me, with a head count, by responding to this e-mail so I know about
how much food and drink to purchase. You can ask me any questions here, or
I can be reached at (850)545-0034
