[Bgsa] CV formatting tips

Hi everyone,

A number of people wrote back saying they would like to see a list of
guidelines for formatting CVs, so I've put together a brief document
on the main things I noticed.  There are also a couple of bits about
general job application stuff, which I hope you also find helpful.  If
you want to talk about the application review process in general
(barring any confidential information about the individual
applicants), please just let me know.
