[Bgsa] free flags and other things

Hi Everyone,

If anyone would be interested in having some (mostly used) red flags
(e.g., for marking plot locations and so forth), please let me know.

Also, if you like free stuff, check out the desk of free stuff outside
the Bird Lab (next door to the Moore Room) - as we clear out the lab
this term, new things will be appearing out there, so it'll be worth
making repeated visits.
