[Bgsa] Random supplies/equipment

We have various odd bits of supplies that we don't need and maybe your 
lab could use these - items are located in Spieth 1251.

There are a couple of pieces of equipment (balance, tabletop centrifuge) 
- if you take these, please give Tara the property number,
make and model of the item and where the item will be located on campus. 
I don't think these are on the Department Equipment Inventory
but I prefer that she have this information to determine the status.
