[Bgsa] unlabeled food in Moore room fridge is fair game to everyone

Hi Folks,

Just a quick reminder, since I noticed that there is a lot of
unlabeled food in the Moore room fridge - if it isn't labeled, it is
common property.  Anyone should feel free to eat it, or, if it looks
like it's going off, throw it out.
