[Bgsa] Graph help

Hi guys,
	I'm hoping that one of you can recommend a program that will make a  
particular type of graph.  I want to make an XY scatter plot, where  
the points are color-coded in a gradient to show the value of a third  
continuous) variable that is not represented on the axes.  I have  
several hundred points, so color-coding them point by point is not  
really an option, I need a program that will do it automatically.   
Does anyone have any suggestions?
