[Bgsa] introducing next year's GSA representatives

Dear Fellow Graduate Students,

The GSA representatives for the EEOBGSA next year will be Swanne
Gordon and Emily Muns.  Please communicate to them any thoughts you
have about things you'd like to see the campus-wide GSA do, or
concerns you have that the GSA might be able to help with (such as
things to do with health insurance).  Also join me in thanking them
for volunteering their time to make sure that our views are
represented at the GSA.
