[Bgsa] more TAships available for Winter Quarter

Hi Folks,

Rich mentioned at the faculty meeting on Friday that they still need
TAs for several courses during Winter Quarter.  He said he would send
out an announcement, but in the meantime, if you know of anyone who
might still want a TAship, let them know that there are some
available.

Incidentally, Rich said at the meeting that it looked like this
over-abundance of TAships would probably continue for the next 5-6
quarters, so I guess the next year or so will be a good time to look
for a TAship (if you have any choice regarding when you TA vs. use
other sources of support).
