[Bgsa] coffee hour

Hi folks:
One of the newer staff came by and said she had never heard of the 
coffee hour. She definitely would come buy and buy goodies and some 
of the others would too. Maybe you need to advertise it a bit with an 
email or a poster. We could print some for you if the paper/ink is an issue.
