The Carlsbad Fish and Wildlife Office is seeking bird surveyors and fieldbotanists for temporary employment. These are good, entry-level field jobssurveying for California Gnatcatchers and Cactus Wrens in San Diego County,California. A couple of botanists are also wanted. Additionally, a coupleof GS-7s (crew chiefs) positions are also available. Please spread the word. The deadline to apply is Monday, December 8th. (Sorry for the shortnotice.)
