[Bgsa] Coffee Hours

Prep would like to host the Coffee Hour on 10/11. So once you guys 
know who is in charge this year, please would that person let us know 
if this is OK.
A heads up:
This year's Thanksgiving Potluck will be Friday Nov 16th
