In an effort to rid the third floor cold room, Spieth 3362, of the built up 
mineral deposits on the ceiling and refrigeration equipment, I have 
arranged with Physical Plant to clean the room.  The operation will take 
place next Tuesday, January 24th, during the morning hours 7 - 11:00 AM, 
approximately.

The cold room may be shut down during this time so, if you have any 
materials or samples in the room, I suggest you move them as soon as possible.

Should you have questions or concerns, please contact me at your earliest 
convenience.
