[Bgsa] First Floor Cold Room

The cold room near the Darwin room will be painted this week and will not 
be available until sometime during the week of 4/17.
If you need to store food/drinks for seminars, Gaan fests, etc.  you will 
have to find another location. We do not have room here in the prep fridges.
