[Bgsa] maximum likelihood

HI,
I was wondering if anyone out there is using maximum likelihood particularly 
with a mix of categorical and continuous variables.  I am getting some weird 
results and could really use some help!  Or at least someone to bounce some 
ideas off of.  Anyone?
