[Bgsa] HVAC PROBLEM (update 2)

Good News:  Physical Plant had a back up motor in their inventory.

Better News:  The defunct motor has been removed and the new motor 
installed.  The new motor has been tested and it appears to operate 
normally.  With any luck, the air handler should be up and running within 
the hour.

Electric Shop & Steam Plant:  Good work!  We appreciate your hard work and 
speedy response.
