[Bgsa] HVAC PROBLEM (update 1)

Good news:  Physical Plant electricians have isolated the problem

Bad news:  The 50 hp motor that drives the air handler is toast.

Physical Plant is checking their inventory of motors and working with local 
vendors to locate and replace the defunct motor as soon as possible.  We 
may be without HVAC in the east and west wings for the rest of the day, at 
minimum.  And, yes, this will affect some of the animal rooms in the vivarium.
