[Bgsa] CHILLED WATER SHUT DOWN SPIETH

Physical Plant will perform modifications to the campus chilled water 
system during the break this month.  During this process, it may be 
necessary to temporarily shut down chilled water service to Spieth Hall on 
December 28th, potentially for a period of eight hours.  As of yet, no time 
frame has been offered.

As with any chilled water shut down, A/C to the building will be affected 
however, given the time of year, room temperatures should not experience 
wide temperature fluctuations.  Also, the environmental chambers in Spieth 
340, which use water cooled condensers, should remain off during this activity.
