In an effort to update our emergency contact list related to cold rooms, 
please respond with the following information if you are currently using or 
will soon be using one of the cold rooms in Spieth Hall:

1.  Room Number
2.  Name  (PI/researcher)
3.  Usage date
4.  Emergency contact name & phone number (provide two contacts)

In the event there is a power outage or equipment failure, we will need to 
contact you to advise you of the situation.

When you respond with the required information above, please copy Paula 
Southard and Terry Traver.
