<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Winter quarter 2025 is quickly winding down and students will soon be taking their final exams. There are many students with disabilities who are eligible and do receive exam
accommodations for their courses. We are now above pre-pandemic numbers of students taking their exams with the SDRC.
<i>The number of students needing exam accommodations have outpaced the staffing and physical space capacity of the Student Disability Resource Center’s Testing facilities during final exams.</i> We have to hold in-person exams in additional nearby buildings/rooms.

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We are seeking the assistance of student services and academic affairs staff to volunteer as proctors with the SDRC during final exams week.
</span></b><u><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We are looking for career staff to fill 3-4 hour block(s) of time facilitating exams with accommodations and ensuring academic integrity of the process. Volunteers will receive an orientation/overview
prior to commencement of exams. </span></u><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">If you are interested and/or willing to help students with disabilities have an opportunity to be successful on final exams, please sign up on the link
below, letting us know your general availability. Once we have a better sense of how many students are requesting to use their exam accommodations, including days/times, we will contact you to confirm your availability to fill proctoring time slots.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
