Kurt Schmoke</a>, President of the University of Baltimore and former Mayor of Baltimore. The discussion will allow President Schmoke to speak on his experiences of being Black in Higher Education, beginning at Yale University and culminating at the University
of Baltimore.<o:p></o:p></p>
