Jamal J. Myrick, and I serve as the Director of African Student Programs!
If we've met and it's been a while, come on by and say hello! Our team is

Hey ya'll! ASP, BFASA, and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
are excited to announce our fall gathering and community-building event to
celebrate Black scholarship and community at UCR. This event hopes to
connect new scholars with current students, helpful administrators, and
other relevant resources on our UCR campus and within the larger community.
The entire UCR community, including all students, faculty, staff, and
affiliate community groups, is invited to join us. By gathering each Fall
to celebrate Black scholarship and community, we strive to contribute to
the belonging, connectedness, and success of our students, faculty, staff,
and community members.
