Summer is a great time to invest in professional development and connect
with colleagues across the UC system. As the season begins, we thank
everyone who participated in our Spring Lunch and Learn series and invite
you to join us on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
Drawing on findings from the Campaign for College Opportunity's State of
Higher Education for Black Californians report, this session translates
statewide data into concrete strategies for practitioners working to close
equity gaps across California's higher education systems. The report
documents both meaningful progress and persistent disparities.
Featuring members of the Campaign's research and policy team alongside a
student voice, this panel pairs data with lived experience to ground the
conversation in what's actually at stake.
