BLK GSA is excited to invite you to Black Graduate Week 2025, a special time dedicated to celebrating and empowering the Black graduate student community at UCR. We have our kick-off event lined up, and we’d love for you to join us. This event is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all members of our community.



✨  Time Capsule - Past, Present, Black Future

We're starting the week with intention. Join us as we come together to manifest a bright future for BLK GSA and the Black student experience at UCR. Let's reflect, dream big, and build community.



Can't make it in person? You can still be part of the moment! Below are the event's writing prompts. Email your responses to officialblackgsaucr at gmail.com<mailto:officialblackgsaucr at gmail.com>, and we'll include them in the time capsule to be opened in Spring 2028.



  1.  What do you hope the experience of Black graduate students at UCR will be like in the next 3 to 4 years?
