The University of California Black Administrators’ Council (UCBAC) is seeking your input for the UCBAC Conference 2025. Please read the guidelines herein and submit your session proposals and award nominations!

CALL FOR SESSION PROPOSALS
This year's theme, Building bridges to break barriers: Cultivating success at UC, seeks to inspire attendees to confront the isolation that comes with being the only, the first or one of a few in a position of leadership. It challenges professionals to build deeper connections and leverage their power to remove obstacles for aspiring leaders.

AWARD NOMINATIONS
We are seeking your nominees for three meaningful awards. This is an opportunity to recognize the exceptional work of a UC colleague, mentor or faculty member. Current UC employees and UC retirees are eligible for these awards. Please submit up to two nominations for each award by filling out the forms linked below no later than Friday, December 6, 2024.
