Greetings BFASA Family,

It's that time of the summer as we get ready to kick off our 828 Summer Bridge program experience on July 28th! For those who don't know, we have a partnership with the Highlander Early Start Academy (HESA), we offer an in-person seven-week experience during the summer where incoming first-year Black scholars will take three courses, participate in weekly workshops and Black-identified focused excursions, and build community with one another. This year, all of our workshop sessions will happen in the Career Center (thanks to our wonderful partnership with Dr. Love) from 3p-5p and we would love to have you present to engage with our scholars. Below is an outline of all of the workshops happening this year:

July 28th: 828 Welcome Dinner (5:30p-7:00p)
Opportunity to connect and engage with the families and scholars

July 30th: The Network:

August 6th: Plan your Work, Work your Plan:
