[BFASA] 2022 Proposed BFASA Bylaw Amendments Voting Instructions

Hello BFASA Family,

It is time to vote on the proposed amendments to our bylaws.  Many of the proposed amendments have been created to reflect the fact that we are not a dues-paying organization.  Several of the other proposed amendments reflect the natural evolution of BFASA over the past three years and provide BFASA with a bit more flexibility to react to unforeseen changes and circumstances.  Please look over the proposed amendment changes document that is included in this email.  Once you have read through them, please complete the decision form found at the link below.  A two-thirds vote is needed to ratify the proposed amendment changes.

The deadline to review the proposed amendments and submit your decision is Wednesday, June 8th, 2022 at 5pm.

Once the bylaw amendments voting period concludes, a special announcement on the 2022-2023 BFASA Executive Board will be made.
