[BFASA] Financial Literacy for High School Youth and Young Adults

Greetings,

This free workshop is for African American High School youth and Young Adults in the Inland Empire.

The facilitator for this financial literacy workshop is Francisca Beer, PhD. Dr. Beer is a Professor of Finance at California State University, San Bernardino with 20 years’ experience in the classroom. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance, a Graduate Degree in Computer Science, and a Master’s in Commercial Engineering. A prolific writer with more than 50 publications and over 600 citations. Dr. Beer is also an accomplished speaker with presentation appearances in Thailand, China, Indonesia, Turkey, Italy, France, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Belgium, and other countries. We are honored to work with Dr. Beer in facilitating this important topic that impacts our community.

The workshops will take place by Zoom on February 5, 12, 19 and 26 (last session may be in person). Each workshop will be between 60-75 minutes. Each participant must commit to all four sessions.
