BCOE MATCH CHALLENGE


Dear Black Faculty and Staff Association,

With our BCOE Match challenge coming to a close this week, we would like to say thank you to everyone who has donated. Every gift we received is an investment in the success of our organization. Last week alone we received 5 gifts that when matched by BCOE total up to $1745 towards our NSBE endowed fund. We are very grateful for how much we have raised so far and we ask that you continue to share this month-long match challenge with all of your friends, colleagues, and family, and continue to keep in touch with us and everything that we do.

"A  Blueprint for 'Engineering' Success"

To show our thanks and appreciation, please read and share this book that was published by one of our renowned alumnus, Ruperd Wilson II. Ruperd was one of many NSBE members who was looking for the path to their academic and professional success in an industry that is not by any means easy to get into. With the knowledge gained throughout his time at UCR, Ruperd was inspired to further help the Engineering community by consolidating what he learned into a book in which he titles, "A  Blueprint for 'Engineering' Success: The ultimate guide to finding internships and balance as an engineering student."
