Hello,

My name is Juanita Jackson, and I am a doctoral student at USC’s Rossier School of Education. My dissertation research study involves investigating barriers for tenured and tenure-track faculty in the UC system.

The purpose of this study is to understand the University of California’s tenure and tenure track faculty perceptions of barriers. We hope to gain better insight into understanding variables that affect faculty productivity and advancement. You are invited as a possible participant because you are over the age of 18, and a tenured or tenure track faculty member in the University of California system.
