[Art-faculty] Candidate visit updates

Hi Michael, Hi Brandon,

Thanks for the updates.
This is more to Brandon but because I have to work around my CAP meetings
on MW 9:30am-12:30pm, it would be good to know the itinerary for the day of
the visit. I am prepared to miss the meetings as needed but maybe there is
a way to work around the it as well.
