[Art-faculty] Candidate Scheduling & Messaging – Feedback Requested

Great news—we’ve received the green light to move forward with scheduling our four candidates!

Before I reach out to them, I’d like to share the draft messaging with the department for your feedback and edits.

The dates in the doodle poll below reflect faculty availability based on responses to the Doodle poll:
April 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, and 30.

If preferred, we can consider dates in May as well, since I understand some of you may be unavailable on those days.

Subject: Invitation to On-Campus Interview – UC Riverside Department of Art

Good afternoon (Candidate name),

On behalf of the Department of Art at the University of California, Riverside, we are pleased to invite you to an on-campus interview.
The visit will include meetings with department faculty, graduate students, and the dean or associate dean (as availability permits), along with a job talk or presentation.
