I am writing to share a letter from the Senate Faculty Welfare committee which outlines recommendations to strengthen and improve the overall climate at UCR.  These have been shared with campus leadership and describe actions to be taken.

I encourage you to read these and to consider your own participation in efforts to make our campus a community that members are valued, heard, and supported to work and advance their careers.
