Hi! My name is Joanne, and I am a second-year graduate student studying Entomology. I am looking for a quiet and clean roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The apartment is a 6-minute drive from campus, and the lease starts on September 1st.<br>

Location: Colonnade Apartments, a gated community in the Sycamore Canyon/Canyon Springs area, bordering Moreno Valley.<br>

<br>

Facilities: The apartment includes a kitchen, living space, balcony, and in-unit laundry. The community offers amenities such as a swimming pool, BBQ area, gym, and lounge (more details available on the Colonnade website).<br>

<br>

Price: Approximately $1,200 per month.<br>

<br>

About Me: I am clean, never leave dishes in the sink, and am quiet. Plus, I know how to prevent Argentine ants from entering the apartment.<br>
