<div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">I’m a graduate student who has roommates graduating, and am looking for others; any gender or graduate program is fine, as are groups of two or three.</div>

<ul>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">650$/month (utilities not included, but they range from 100-150$)</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">4 bedroom (3 share a bathroom, 1 room is a master with a bathroom, taken by me)</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">4 people to the house total (3 are moving out)</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Room will not be furnished, but common areas are</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Pool! With cleaning service (and landscaping) included in rent</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Washer and dryer</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">~15 minute walk to campus, ~8 minute drive to a couple of grocery stores</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Small garden in the back you can plant stuff in</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Lease starts officially in September, one room available starting in August (as a sublet until September)</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">House is clean! You do not have to worry about moving into a dirty home, as we keep a chore rotation</li></ul>
