<div style="direction: ltr;">I am moving to an apartment and am hoping to find someone to take over the last bit of my lease in the house I am living in. My lease at the current house ends at the end of August, but my lease at the apartment starts at the start
of August, leaving a month where I will pay double rent. This I am trying to avoid, so I am looking for someone to take over my last month of my current lease who will then start their own lease for the room in the house. </div>

<div style="direction: ltr;">4371 Picacho Drive, Riverside, CA 92507</div>
<ul style="direction: ltr;">
<li style="direction: ltr;">650$/month (utilities not included, but they range from 100-150$)</li><li style="direction: ltr;">4 bedroom (3 share a bathroom, 1 room is a master with a bathroom, my room is not the master)</li><li style="direction: ltr;">4 people to the house total (3 of us are moving out, the 1 staying is a man, other 2 people moving in is undetermined.)</li><li style="direction: ltr;">Room will not be furnished, but parts of the house should have furniture</li><li style="direction: ltr;">Pool! With cleaning service (and landscaping) included in rent</li><li style="direction: ltr;">Washer and dryer</li><li style="direction: ltr;">20ish minute walk to campus, 8ish minute drive to a couple of grocery stores</li><li style="direction: ltr;">Small garden in the back you can plant stuff in</li><li style="direction: ltr;">Lease starts officially in September, but I can make the room available during anytime in August, preferably start of August. </li><li style="direction: ltr;">House is clean! You do not have to worry about moving into a dirty home!</li></ul>
