<p><span style="font-size: 16px;">We have a fully furnished master room available with a private bathroom and a large mirrored closet. Our house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just 1 mile from UCR—5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot, right
next to the beautiful UCR Botanic Garden. The area is serene and surrounded by natural beauty.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 16px;">You'll be living with three friendly and respectful UCR graduate students who value cleanliness and privacy. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished, and the house is equipped with a washer and dryer. We also have a
lovely patio in the spacious backyard that attracts a variety of birds.</span></p>
