<p class="MsoNormal">We have a master bedroom ready to move in starting August 16th in the gated<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Trails at Canyon Crest apartments. You will have your own room and<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">restroom with a large walk-in closet. Rent is 1,300 (negotiable) for a 12<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">month lease without utilities. The utilities are about $70 a month<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">depending on the usage. It is a 5 minute drive from campus and right next<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">to a bus stop that takes you directly to UCR.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The apartment is located close to the Canyon Crest shopping center (Ralphs,<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">ice cream shops, Hangar 24,Pilates co., Arcade Bakehouse etc.).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Roommates are easy going and very nice. The apartment is nicely kept with<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">an in-unit washer and dryer. The amenities include a resort style pool<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">area, clubhouse, private tech-rooms/workspaces, fully equipped gym and dog<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">park. Room comes with its own parking garage. Apartment is shared with 2<o:p></o:p></p>
