mentoring and career development to graduate students who are interested in becoming professors and are from groups typically underrepresented in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). CUSP Scholars are also given the opportunity to become Near-Peer
Mentors to our BB2P (Building Bridges to the Professoriate) Scholars during the summer of the year they enter the CUSP program. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
