<div>I wanted to share that I have 2 rooms available now/starting in fall that are close to campus (1.4 miles to lot 30). No smoking, no pets allowed. All housemates are UCR students. Rent already covers all utilities (water, gas, electric), internet, and landscaping.
Landlord responsible for major repairs (broken fridge, clogged shower, etc.). Available for room tours in-person or remote (video call).
