I have 7 months of rent to pay and most probably I will have to pay February's
rent unless you want to take over and commit by tomorrow if interested. Rents
are always paid at the beginning of the month. The total rent for this lease
per month is $956.62 which includes base rent, carport (parking), flat rate
utilities, internet, insurance, trash, and personal coverage fees. This lease
ends on 08/23/2022. You have an assigned parking spot which is a 6 mins walk
away from the building and if you want to change it, you will have to contact
the leasing office about that. I asked for a different one and the
Leasing Office got me a closer one, but since I am no longer staying
and I need to leave and it was going to cost me an extra $10, I
told the Leasing Office that I do not need it anymore. It
is up to you what to choose, either keep the same one or change</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial"> it to a closer one for extra money</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">.
