Student Success at Texas A&M University (TAMU). Additionally, I am a Ph.D. Candidate in the Higher Education Administration program at TAMU. My dissertation research focuses on the mentoring experiences of Latinx doctoral students in the science, technology,
engineering, and mathematics (STEM) programs with their White faculty STEM mentors at predominantly White institutions. This is critical research that will draw implications for STEM programs, White faculty, administrators, and higher education institutions
to better support Latinx STEM doctoral students. </span><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

be recorded, and participants will be required to leave their video camera on when the recording happens. I will not share these recordings with anyone outside of the immediate study team (myself and my faculty advisor) or TAMU Compliance. I would appreciate
