Hello!

I am a fifth-year PhD student in English and I'm reaching out to see
if anyone is looking for housing starting  July 1st.

We are 1.3 miles from UCR campus next to the BoxSprings Mt, corner of
Celeste and Massachusetts. It is a nice and spacious house with a yard
in a quiet neighborhood.

Rent is $640 a month plus utilities (~$120 per month).
We have WiFi and a washer and dryer in the house.
The bedroom is 3mX4m with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (shared with the
adjacent room). Because the bathroom is shared with a woman, female
applicants are preferred. The bedroom is unfurnished,  with a spacious
closet.
