Good afternoon,
My name is Edwin Rivera, and I am a Graduate Student Researcher for Dr. Joi
Spencer, Dean of the School of Education.
We are currently *recruiting* faculty, postdocs, and graduate students to
serve as instructors for our upcoming Summer STEAM Academy. I am reaching
out to see if you could help us distribute this recruitment call to your
department's graduate student and faculty listservs.
*About the Role:* We are looking for instructors to design and lead
high-impact, 4-day "mini-courses" for local middle schoolers. Our theme
this year is *STEM for Social Good*, focusing on tackling real-world
challenges using the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
*Key Logistics & Perks:*

   - *Compensation:* All instructors receive a *meaningful stipend*.
   - *Time:* Sessions are 2 hours daily, Monday – Thursday.
   - *Dates:* Session 1 (June 22 – July 2) or Session 2 (July 6 – July 17).
