Hello,

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in a 4-bed / 4-bath apartment
at GrandMarc University Village—available ASAP! The apartment is a short
1-mile walk from the UCR campus, with convenient public transportation
access right outside (bus stop directly in front).

You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom (1B1B) in the unit, plus
in-unit laundry. The apartment also includes access to a free gym, pool,
ample parking, and a small balcony. It's a quiet complex, and your three
potential roommates are all current graduate students at UCR.

Rent is *$1,200/month* with *all utilities included*, and I’m also
offering *$200
off per month for the first two months* to help with the transition.

The lease runs through *August 2026*.
